What we collect
- Order details: name, shipping and billing address, phone, email.
- Account details, if you choose to create an account.
- Newsletter: your email address, only if you subscribe.
- Technical data: basic traffic information, only where you have consented to the relevant cookies.
We do not store card details. We do not accept card payments.
Why
To perform the sales contract (order, delivery, invoicing), to meet our tax obligations, and — where it applies — on the basis of your consent for the newsletter and optional cookies.
Who we share it with
Only those who need it: the courier company for delivery, and our accountant for tax documents. We do not sell or rent data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Newsletter details are deleted the moment you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object. From your account you can export or delete your data yourself. For anything else: info@karydi.gr.
You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
