These terms govern your use of karydi.gr and every order placed through it. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline an order if stock has run out or if a price is obviously wrong.
Prices
All prices are in euro and include VAT at 13%, the rate applying to foodstuffs. Shipping and any cash-on-delivery fee are shown separately before you complete the order.
Availability
These are seasonal agricultural products. Availability depends on the harvest and can change. If something sells out after you order, we contact you before anything is charged.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, photography and marks — belongs to our business and may not be reproduced without permission.
Disputes
Greek law applies. For consumer disputes you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
