Everything we grow is available wholesale as well as retail. If you are buying for a patisserie, a bakery, a restaurant or a delicatessen, talk to us directly.
What we can supply
- Walnuts in shell, graded by size
- Walnut halves (1/2), quarters (1/4) and eighths (1/8)
- Amber and dark kernels, or a mix made to order
- Hazelnuts in shell and hazelnut kernels
- Walnut butter
- Shells for biomass boilers
Packing
After grading we pack in sacks or in whatever format suits you. Tell us what works for your kitchen or your store room and we will prepare it that way.
Samples
If you have not worked with our crop before, we send a sample before any commitment. For kernels, ask for a mix including the amber grade — in our experience it tastes better, and it costs less.
