Shipping
We ship by courier across Greece. Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are usually prepared the same day.
- Anywhere in Greece: €3.50 — delivery in 1–3 working days
- Free shipping on orders over €60
- Collection from the farm: free, by arrangement
Island and remote addresses can take an extra day. We do not ship outside Greece at the moment — write to us if you need it.
Payment methods
We accept two:
- Bank transfer. You get our account details with the order confirmation. Put the order number in the payment reference. We prepare the order as soon as the transfer clears.
- Cash on delivery. You pay the courier at the door. €2.50 fee.
We do not take card payments at present.
Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under Greek and EU consumer law.
Food exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed foodstuffs whose packaging has been opened after delivery, for reasons of hygiene and health protection. Unopened, sealed packs are accepted normally.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive something you did not order, or the goods arrive in poor condition, email info@karydi.gr within 48 hours with a photograph. We replace it or refund you, and we pay the return shipping.
Storage
Walnut and hazelnut kernels keep best in an airtight container somewhere cool and dark — ideally the fridge. Nuts in shell keep far longer, which is why we recommend them if you plan to store them for months.
