The flagship of any walnut grower. It is the most commercial part of the crop, partly for how it looks and partly for how hard it is to lift out of the shell in one piece.
Eat it raw as an energy snack, use it to finish a dessert, drop it into a salad or bake with it. When you want the walnut to be seen, this is the grade.
Every butterfly comes from a nut that cracked cleanly. That is not something you can rush.
